Barry’s expertise has amassed by his involvement in the telecommunications industry for over twenty (20) years. Barry has been responsible for the oversight and management of turnkey development of wireless sites, dating back to the late 1980’s. Barry has experience across North America related to network build-outs for hundreds of tower, rooftop, co-location and raw land projects.

Barry has held operational management roles such as Vice President of Engineering and Senior Director of Site Deployment for such Fortune 500 companies as AT&T, Sprint PCS, Lucent and General Dynamics. These afore-mentioned roles required Barry to be responsible for such site requirements as GSM operations, Zoning & Permitting, A&E design, RF design and Site Design. In addition, Barry has held budgetary responsibility roles for telecommunications development projects that accounted for financial commitments in total of over three (3) billion dollars.
