Lingerfelt Commonwealth Partners is a real estate investment firm based out of Virginia that hasbuilt, acquired and managed nearly 20 million square feet of commercial real estate valued at $2 billion including medical and professional offices since 1959.
The firm previously signed on as a client, seeking assistance with a rooftop cell site lease on one of their properties. They recently had questions regarding an additional lease at their Jacksonville, Florida property, thereby further engaging Vertical Consultants to provide counsel and optimize opportunities regarding the matter.
