Hugh has more than 25 years of combined telecom legal/transactional experience and was a former AT&T attorney (for over 10 years).

Hugh is the Founder and President of Vertical Consultants, a telecom consulting firm founded in 2010 that has provided consulting service for approximately 50,000 properties, including individuals, churches, schools and businesses such as Walmart, Disney, McDonalds, Extra Space Storage, United States Postal Service, New York Housing Authority, U.S. Veterans Affairs and the City of Atlanta.

Experience

Hugh was an attorney for AT&T for more than a decade. Prior to AT&T, Hugh was in private practice with the prestigious law firms of Snell & Wilmer and Martin Tate Morrow & Marston. During this time, he was responsible for providing representation that included being directly involved in the structuring, financing, and negotiation of the acquisition and leasing of billions of dollars’ worth of real estate assets.
